Rose Hill has 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (3 of which are en-suite). On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with a range cooker and seating for up to 16 people and a more formal dining room that can seat 12. On the first floor there is a large living room providing a great place to lounge out and unwind. There is also a double bedroom (en-suite) on the first floor, the remainder of the bedrooms being located on the second and third floors. The house has a decked rear terrace – the ideal place to spend a warm summer evening. Located within 100 metres of the beach, shops, bars, restaurants and Barmouth's leisure facilities, there's no chance of you getting bored! We're not very far from a number of other lovely seaside resorts, villages and the exciting outdoor activities of Snowdonia National Park.

Located in Barmouth, this vacation home is near the beach. Dinas Oleu and Royal St. David's Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Hufenfa'r Castell and Go Ape at Coed y Brenin.
