There are six bedrooms in the property sleeping a total of sixteen guests, including a children's room with two doubles and two child's bunks, a king-size with an en-suite bathroom, a second-floor king-size with cot, two king-size rooms, and a second-floor twin, all with Smart TVs and served by a ground-floor wet room and a bathroom. There is also a kitchen, dining room and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside you will find ample off-road parking with electric car charging point, and a rear enclosed garden with furniture, hot tub, sunken trampoline, climbing wall, bar, barbecue and an outdoor shower. Note: The maximum number of adults to stay is 14 and 2 children due to the bunk beds only being suitable for children up to the age of 10. Note: No Stags/Hens or similar at this property.

Note: Keg Beer for the Largo (local premium beer) beer taps can be purchased at £250 for 88 pints each. Note: No Stags/Hens or similar at this property. Due to the property being in a residential area, we must remind all customers to be mindful of the neighbours, the property is a smart home meaning that the outdoor lights and hot tub turn off automatically at 11:30pm, this is when we politely ask for you to return inside the house. Note: The property does not supply the gas bottles for the barbecue.
