Cherry Tree Cottage is a newly renovated three-bedroom cottage with a front and back garden, with off-road parking. The cottage is just a couple of minutes walk from the village's gastro-pub the Duck Inn, consistently voted one of the best in the country.
Set across two floors, Cherry Tree Cottage can accommodate 6 guests comfortably. On the Ground Floor, there is a living room, a kitchen, dining room, kitchen lobby, downstairs shower room, boot room, utility room and spacious gardens at both the front and rear of the cottage.
On the first floor, there is the master bedroom equipped with a king-size bed, a double bedroom and a twin room, plus a spacious bathroom.
Located between the larger villages of Docking and Burnham Market you are well-positioned to explore the coast and surrounding countryside. Burnham Market is well-equipped with an abundance of village amenities including an array of independent shops and restaurants, galleries, post office, petrol station, playing field, tennis courts and a newly refurbished children’s play area.
Head to the coast where you will find the beautiful, expansive sandy beaches at Brancaster, Holkham and Wells-Next-the-Sea.
Located in King's Lynn, this vacation home is in a rural area. Bircham Windmill and Houghton Hall are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Courtyard Farm and Norfolk Lavender. Whin Hill Cider and Rainbow Park are also worth visiting.
