Boasting two wood burners and a south-facing courtyard complete with hot tub, it makes the most wonderful base for a coastal break no matter what time of year.
Perfect for low key gatherings and family breaks away you’ll find Blackpool Pleasure Beach, South Pier and the sub-tropical paradise of the Sandcastle Water Park all around a 10-minute walk. In the other direction, Central Pier, Madame Tussaud’s, Sea Life Blackpool and Blackpool Tower are all around a 30-minute walk, or alternatively you can pick up the famous tramway at South Pier and travel down the promenade in style. With an abundance of award-winning attractions, the vintage seaside town of Blackpool has something for everyone. There are donkey rides to white knuckle rides, and fish, chips and doughnuts to beachside independent dining.
If you fancy a change of scenery, you can follow the coast round to the beautiful sandy dunes of St Anne’s and wonderfully cosmopolitan ‘Leafy Lytham’. Here you’ll find stylish independent shops, colourful award-winning beach huts and rowing boats at Fairhaven Lake. For any golfers, there’s also no less than four championship golf courses! Blackpool’s tramway also travels to the charming seaside town of Thornton-Cleveleys which has a peaceful promenade flanked by cosy cafés. A little further still and it reaches Fleetwood right at the tip of the Fylde Coast, which for any shoppers is also home to the Affinity Outlet Lancashire.
