The light and welcoming open plan kitchen, dining and living area has a 72" plasma TV with Sky Sports and movie packages. The refurbished kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and separate small freezer.
Two of the three attractively designed bedrooms are set up with twin beds, and the other is a single room. One of the twin rooms has its own en-suite shower room with power-shower. This room can accommodate a third person with a folding bed suitable for an adult, and the other has a spacious Jack and Jill en-suite shower room with power-shower, with a second door providing access from the hall.
Open the French doors onto the large enclosed grassed garden, where you will find a freshly filled and heated six-person hot tub (with built in light show) and plenty space to enjoy playing with family or just sitting and taking in the breathtaking, rustic views over a quaint duck pond and the surrounding hills and natural beauty.
