Our family owned chalet is in a quiet area of Penstowe park, surrounded by trees, shrubs and a spacious grass area right outside - great for kids.

The chalet has two bedrooms, (a double and a twin room) and there is a double sofa bed which can accommodate 2 people making a total of 6, however we recommend 5 is the maximum. A travel cot is also available. Bedding is provided for beds but not the cot.

The patio has a table and 4 chairs.
There is a plentiful supple of crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils.

On site facilities in Penstowe Manor are available to our guests and include indoor and outdoor pools, bar, restaurant and entertainment.

The village of Kilkhampton is a 10 minute walk from the chalet and has some great pubs and shops including a Co-op, Pizza, Tea Rooms, and a fish and chip shop.

Sandymouth Beach is 2 miles and the car park free to National Trust members. Other sandy beaches, suitable for surfing are at Bude and Widemouth, within easy reach.

Our local caretaker is usually available in an emergency.

Located in Bude, this chalet is in a rural area and on the waterfront. The Castle Bude and Shipwreck Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include The Gildhouse Poundstock and Isbell Cottage. Harlequinns Leisure and The Gnome Reserve and Wildflower Garden are also worth visiting. Discover the area's water adventures with kayaking and motor boating nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with cycling and hiking.
