A very warm welcome to our beautiful bothy cottage, a much loved property situated three miles from the centre of Blairgowrie. Boasting 1 large room, plenty of space for socialising plus flexible accommodation, this cottage makes the perfect holiday home for a group or special family gathering. Everything about this property has been well thought through to create a relaxed and luxurious feeling.


This property has a log fire to keep you cosy and warm during your stay.
Staying here also allows you access to the open garden.
Oh, and it’s pet-friendly too!


As a self-catering bothy cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a two ring hob, a toaster, a kettle and a microwave-oven.


The bothy sleeps 3 people comfortably, a double bed and a single. A travel cot can be provided on request.


There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.


Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are on-site parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are allowed at the property.
