At the front of the property is a small courtyard garden with a table and chairs, with parking by the property.

Indeed the local pond which is just a few steps from the front door of the property, is a haven for wildlife.

The nearest beach is just a pleasant stroll away, and with the sea on your left, you can continue to stroll along the sea wall to the seaside town of Ventnor with its selection of cafes, shops and pubs. The island is perfect for both adventure seekers and those looking for a chance to unwind and relax, and there is lots to see and do when on the Isle of Wight. If you are looking to enjoy an activity, visit a castle or historic house, play golf, enjoy horse riding, walking or cycling; there are opportunities for all.
