In total there are six bedrooms on the first floor with space for up to ten guests in three double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, one twin bedroom with its own en-suite shower room, and a further two single bedrooms.
The small courtyard garden to the rear of the property is a sun trap at certain times of the day, and ideal for relaxing with the family.
Located in quaint Bonchurch only steps away from the pretty village pond which is fed by a local spring, and with just a short stroll to the beach, a stay at Orchard Leigh Villa is certainly a special experience.
From nearby Bonchurch Beach you can walk along the sea wall to the Victorian town of Ventnor and enjoy all the attractions of the seaside with its gift shops, cafes, independent and chain shops and pubs. The stunning Isle of Wight coastline and beautiful countryside have numerous opportunities for walking, cycling and horse-riding, and there are more than 500 miles of footpaths and established walking routes, and 165 miles of bridleways waiting to be discovered. The island is of course also famous for sailing and watersports and those looking for a water based adventure won't be disappointed with plenty of options available for all ages.

Orchard Leigh Villa is one of the larger of three holiday homes, sharing its location alongside Orchard Leigh Cottage and the adjacent Orchard Leigh Grange which in total can accommodate up to 22 guests.
