Amberley House occupies arguably one of the best locations in Newmarket and is situated within walking distance of the town centre. Newmarket is home to many racing institutions including the National Stud, the National Horse racing Museum, Tattersalls and The Jockey Club.

Some of the finest racing in the world is seen on The Rowley Mile and The July Course. The town provides a good range of amenities including schools, shops, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants and leisure facilities, including health clubs, a swimming pool and golf club; Cambridge and Bury St Edmunds offer further amenities.

There is excellent access to the A14 and A11 (M11). There is a branch line connection from Newmarket to Cambridge and Ipswich. Cambridge, Audley End and Whittlesford Parkway offer direct rail lines in to London, with the fastest trains taking under one hour. Stansted International Airport is approximately 40 minutes' drive.

Our First Floor Apartment is a self contained two bedroom apartment. Our Apartment is modern, cosy and furnished to a high standard. The lounge has Two (2) sofa bed's that will accommodate a further two guests, which can be made at the request of the guests.

The kitchenette is fully fitted including a washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Plates and crockery are available as well as other kitchenette items and you will feel as if you are at home.

Our cosy, comfortable & warm lounge area has a 50" flat screen TV where you can enjoy *FREE NETFLIX* & the use of our modern dining table.

This apartment is located in Newmarket. Wicken Fen National Nature Reserve and Lackford Lakes reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include National Horseracing Museum and Netherhall Manor. Virtual Aviation and Fuller's Mill Garden are also worth visiting.
