This lovely barn which dates from the 16th Century is a spacious place to get a group of friends together or your extended family. The generous facilities allow you to park the car up for a long weekend and not go anywhere.

Leading off the stunning sitting room, with its vaulted ceiling and huge fireplace, is a fabulous games room with pool table, a giant Connect 4, and, for those who fancy a bit of sing along, a karaoke machine! The large open-plan kitchen and dining space provides seating for everyone to enjoy a meal together and a further sitting room with wood burning stove gives more space if you just fancy curling up in front of the fire with a good book.

There are two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs whilst upstairs, you have the luxury of a four poster bed in the master bedroom with its own en-suite shower room, so you can really sleep in style.

Along with a courtyard area, there are a further two patio areas and garden furniture available for use along with a charcoal barbecue to enjoy. In addition to the hot tub, you can also play croquet, have a game of table tennis or try your hand at giant Jenga. The barn is set within two acres of grounds which you are welcome to explore.

Please note, this is a new property and further photographs will follow during the Spring of both the exterior and interior.

Please note that bath towels are not provided and you will need to bring your own.
Infants are welcome, please indicate when booking if you require a cot and high chair (please provide your own cot linen).
One well behaved dog is welcome (small additional charge).

The area's natural beauty can be seen at Blakenham Woodland Garden and Bradfield Woods, while Wattisham Station Heritage Airfield Museum and Cotton Mechanical Music Museum are cultural highlights. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at Crown Pools or Portman Road. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
