Welcome to our lovely home which has 3 bedrooms and an additional very comfortable sofa bed in the living room. In total the house can sleep 7 guests, 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. Whether you are coming to Northampton for work, rest or play our home is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay straightforward and enjoyable.
The Nook has 2 double bedrooms and 1 single. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. You will find everything you need whether you are planning to cook or popping over the road to a choice of takeaways. Ample parking is available on street or in the Barratt's car park next door to the property. 2 separate reception rooms means that if you are not all wanting to watch TV you can relax in the dining lounge. We have recently added a washer/dryer to the house for your convenience.
NEW FEATURE 2022: The Barratts is a family venue that has recently offered a 20% discount to all of our guests should they choose to visit during their stay. You will need to mention to the on duty manager that you are a guest at our property in order to receive this discount.

This vacation home is located in Northampton. Brixworth Country Park and Pitsford Reservoir - Pitsford Water Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Laserforce and Laser Zone. Cottesbrooke Hall and Gardens and Haddonstone Show Gardens are also worth visiting.
