There is a kitchen/ diner and lounge area with smart tv and free wifi. There is also a small utility room with WC on the ground floor; and a main bathroom on the middle floor.

The south facing garden enjoys the sun for most of the day and has a grass area, small patio and a rotary washing line.

The house can accommodate up to 8 guests. As the house has 3 double beds and 2 single beds it is ideal for contractors sharing a house for up to 5 people; while 4 couples could also be accommodated.

The house is booked on a whole house basis with no addition or reduction for larger or smaller guest numbers. The optimum number for this house is 4-6 guests.
