It sleeps four people comfortably, with a double sofa bed in the lounge for two additional people.

Pentire, Newquay and the surrounding area can offer so much all year round. As well as the busy hub bub and sunshine of the summer, it is perfect out of season too - deserted beaches, coastal path walking, star gazing, storm watching, local pubs & restaurants for eating out, just the perfect place to unwind. At the end of the day return to a warm, comfortable home from home.

The perfect escape for a relaxing holiday with family and friends, the apartment has spectacular views across Fistral Beach. It has a light and airy modern feel and is a comfortable, well-equipped base to return to after a day enjoying everything that the area has to offer. Fistral Beach, home of the International Surf Centre is a 5 minute walk and whether you are a beginner or experienced you can enjoy the surf and all the restaurants, bars, shops & activity centres.

The apartment is a 20 minute walk from the centre of Newquay, 10 minutes walk to Crantock Beach (via the foot ferry), the Gannel Estuary and beautiful walks on the Pentire Headland.

The accommodation comprises of -

Master bedroom with a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and 2 large chest of drawers, hairdryer and a newly refurbished en-suite shower room.

The second bedroom has twin beds with under bed storage, large wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The main bathroom has a full size bath with shower over, a clothes airer and hanging rail for wetsuits.

The light and airy lounge has a double sofa-bed, second large leather sofa and Samsung Smart TV with Samsung sound bar & DVD player and recently upgraded unlimited fibre broadband. There is a small selection of family games & cards. French windows open on to a Juliet balcony to give stunning views of Fistral Beach and the golf course.

The modern fitted kitchen has a breakfast bar, dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge/freezer, Bosch electric oven with gas hob and all modern appliances including iron & ironing board, food processor, toaster, microwave oven. It is fully equipped for self catering with a wide range of cutlery, glasses, crockery, baking dishes and pans and cookware. Basic condiments, sugar & a spice rack are provided as well as a welcome pack with tea, coffee milk, sugar & biscuits. Digital Radio.

Bed linen is provided and all beds are made up upon arrival. Bath and hand towels are supplied, as well as tea towels and oven gloves. These are not to be used outside the apartment, so please bring your own beach towels.

Foldable beach/picnic chairs are available for your use as well as a windbreak and some beach toys.

This apartment benefits from one allocated parking space, situated off street, with a parking permit provided upon arrival and use of the private communal gardens and courtyard within this exclusive development.

We have no contact arrival with full instructions sent and the keys collected from a Masterlock key safe.

Our Housekeeper, Mary Jackman is local and available for any questions or problems.
