Two storey house situated within 3 minutes walk of Portstewart's main promenade street with panoramic sea views but also on a quiet street with dedicated car parking for two cars. (availability as of mid Sept- from 13-22 Oct and from 29 Oct onwards)
(Please note that there is a minimum charge of £240 including website fee, per stay, therefore total minimum charge including refundable deposit is £480.)
The ground floor comprises front conservatory, living room with flat screen tv and focal point fire, bathroom with shower over bath, dining room with flat screen TV and kitchen. There is an American fridge freezer, washing machine, dish washer, cooker, toaster etc.
The first floor comprised two front bedrooms and one rear bedroom with ensuite with shower and also rear storage room. Each room has a double bed.
The front has a gated garden with car-parking and also dedicated car parking space on road.
The rear has a small enclosed yard with clothes line and secure shed which can accommodate bicycles/surfboards and the like.
There is also a communal grass area across the road from the property.
Oil based central heating and hot water.
Wifi is also available free of charge.
Sea views from both ground and first floors. With the property facing west the sun sets at the front of the house over the Donegal hills beyond the Londonderry estuary / Atlantic ocean.
Central location for visiting the North Coast e.g. the Giants Causeway, Carrick-a-reed rope bridge, Bushmills Whiskey Distillery, the Dark Hedges, Londonderry and just over an hour's drive to Belfast / The Titanic Centre. Also a good base to visit the Game of Thrones filmed locations
Also a central location for public transport, walking, cycling, fishing and water sports.
Located just over one hour for both airports and sea ports.

Located in Portstewart, this vacation home is near the beach. Portstewart Golf Club and Royal Portrush Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Barry's Amusements and Waterworld. Damhead Miniature Railway and Moorbrook trout fishery are also worth visiting. Windsurfing and motor boating offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and cycling nearby.
