It provides three en-suite bedrooms, one double downstairs and twin and double bedrooms upstairs. All three are finished to a very high standard with the downstairs bedroom having an en-suite wet-room with bath. The property enjoys stunning views over the Castlereagh and Craigantlet Hills and beyond to Scrabo Tower.

The first floor sitting room is equipped with a television and a DVD player, a small selection of books and children's games, seating for six people and a wood burning stove. All fuel is provided at no extra cost.

Downstairs has a very well equipped kitchen with electric oven/hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. A clothes washer/drier is situated in the utility area and there is drying space in the airing cupboard. A dining room completes the downstairs area, with an open fire (again all fuel provided), table and chairs for six people.

The Old Orchard nestles in the heart of the countryside yet only 7 miles from Belfast city centre.

The Old Orchard Holiday Accommodation - suitable for disabled guests. The accommodation, recently converted to a very high standard (NITB Certified with a 5* rating) sleeps six. There are 3 en-suite bedrooms, a sitting room with television, DVD player, a selection of books and children's games and a wood burning stove, a large dining room with open fire and a very well equipped kitchen. All fuel for the fires is provided free of charge. A cot and / or high-chair is available upon request. Please advise should this be required, at time of booking.

There is a wonderfully secluded and quiet patio area with BBQ and seating leading to the garden gate which takes you through to the fields, providing easy walking for all ages. Guests are encouraged to investigate the woodland walks and the Christmas Tree plantations.

As we are pet friendly, dogs are very welcome although not in the bedrooms. With 24 acres surrounding the property there is ample space for them to run and to be walked through fields, woodland tracks or just in the enclosed garden/patio area. The owners have an outdoor kennel with run which is available on request. However, prior notice is needed.

A beautiful shared courtyard leads you to the main entrance of the property which is only 20 metres from the guests? very secluded & private car parking area. There is space for 2 cars.

The property has been designed also with the elderly and the disabled (accompanied by able bodied) in mind, as not only can you access the building via the Kitchen steps, the property can also be accessed via a ramp leading from the courtyard to the double front doors enabling these guests to enter easily. The downstairs has a spacious double bedroom which features an en-suite wet-room shower and contains a bath, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious dining room with open fire. All doors are wheelchair & walking frame accessible as are the light switches, door handles & appliance handles.

The three bedrooms are all finished to a very high standard and enjoy stunning views across the Craigantlet and Castlereagh Hills and beyond to Scrabo Tower. There is one double bedroom upstairs, one twin bedroom upstairs and as previously stated, one double bedroom downstairs. All bedlinen and towels are supplied free of charge.

The Old Orchard Self Catering Holiday Accommodation has three en-suite bedrooms:

All are finished to a very high standard with the downstairs bedroom having an en-suite wet-room with bath. En-suites are all finished to a very high standard with thermostatic showers, the upstairs double room also features its own dressing area.

All bed linen and towels are provided free of charge.

Upstairs rooms enjoy stunning views over the Castlereagh or Craigantlet Hills and beyond to Scrabo Tower.

The downstairs bedroom is designed with elderly and disabled guests in mind and features wide doors and a wet-room. If you have special access or mobility needs please feel free to call us to discuss.

The Old Orchard has quiet and secluded car parking (for 2 cars). A courtyard leads you to the main entrance to the cottage. It can be accessed via a ramp or three steps.

Outside facilities include a private, and fenced patio area with BBQ facilities, and access to lovely country walks with magnificent views over the Co.Down countryside, Scrabo Tower and Stangford Lough. There are also facilities for drying wetsuits and other outdoor wet gear.

We are only a few miles from Belfast and Comber with easy access to the Comber Greenway, a cycle and walking path that stretches from Comber right into the heart of Belfast.

The enclosed garden / patio area is suitable for dogs however, the property owners can give access to a kennel and run (by prior arrangement).

Located in Belfast, this cottage is in a rural area. Titanic Belfast and W5 Interactive Discovery Centre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Dundonald International Ice Bowl and Escarmouche Outdoor Laser Tag.
