Shoreside is a coastal property with outstanding open views over the sea to the Lake District mountains. In the peaceful, pretty village of Powfoot, it is a recently refurbished, two storey, Victorian sandstone house. The master bedroom overlooking the sea has a luxury kingsize bed and a second bedroom has comfortable twin beds. A spacious family bathroom has a jacuzzi bath and shower. A fifth person can sleep on a sofa bed in the cosy sea-facing sitting room which has a woodburning stove. The house has a well equipped, modern kitchen/dining room. A patio area in the front garden takes advantage of the coastal scenery while, to the rear is a patio and small private garden. A substantial garage offers storage for outdoor and sports equipment. Well behaved dogs are welcome and offroad parking is available. Smart TV, DVD, free wifi.
Located in Annan, this vacation home is in a rural area and on the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Caerlaverock Wetland Centre and Solway Coast, while The Devil's Porridge and Dumfries and Galloway Aviation Museum are cultural highlights. Dino Park and Lockerbie Ice Rink are also worth visiting. Break out the clubs and hit the links with a golf course nearby, or seek out an adventure with hiking, horse riding, and cycling.
