If you’re seeking an experience, the FarGo Village is only a mile away, with niche and unique retailers, artists' studios, creative workspace, crafts, cafes, markets and entertainment spaces as well as weekly events, music and street food.
For students or University affiliates, Coventry University is located a 15-minute walk away from the property, and a nearby bus can get you to the University of Warwick in as little as 20 minutes. Longer distance travel links can be accessed from the train station only 10 minutes away.
Victoria House is located in a quiet residential street and offers fully-furnished accommodation in the form of recently-built, self-contained studio apartments over 3 floors. All studios have a comfortable small double (4ft) ottoman bed with large wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside chest with lamp, desk and chair. A smart TV is provided for your enjoyment (subscription services like Netflix and Amazon Prime are available for guests with their own accounts). Free 50+ Mbps Wi-Fi is available to all guests for the duration of their stay, as well as USB charging ports and Ethernet ports (wire not included). App-controlled, paid washing machines and tumble dryers are also available for communal use at the property.
The kitchen comprises of a white Corian worktop, ample storage units, 2-burner induction hob, under counter fridge/freezer, integrated combi microwave and electric kettle. The kitchen also comes stocked with crockery, cutlery, pot and pans, washing up liquid, a sponge and kitchen roll to accommodate those who wish to prepare their own meals.
Each studio contains an en-suite equipped with towels, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and toilet roll. Everything listed will be re-stocked weekly by our lovely cleaning team who will empty your bins and hoover your studio, as well as change your bedding bi-weekly.
There are 4 free unallocated private parking bays in front of the House and 10 paid ones at the adjacent nursery at the rear marked “Covstays” where guests may park for £5 per day. Guests may also park on the street alongside the hedge in front of the property where there are no restrictions. If these locations are occupied guests may park on the street but there are restrictions which need to be noted.
CCTV is set-up in communal areas and outside the property for your safety. An office is also manned on-site between 9am and 5pm on weekdays, where guests are welcome to drop by with any issues or queries which we will do our best to resolve.
