This shepherd’s hut has been lovingly built to a very good standard and benefits from its own private deck area with firepit and partial sea views from the bedroom window.
With an open-plan layout, the owners have thought of everything for a very comfortable stay including a comfy bed, electric heater and carpet underfoot. The kitchen has everything you could need including an electric hob, fridge and microwave. The modern shower room has a fantastic large cubicle with electric shower. Outside, enjoy your own private screened decking with outdoor dining area and private firepit – relax under the stars whilst enjoying the warmth from the fire.
This is the perfect getaway to experience everything the south coast has to offer. The property is near Pagham Nature Reserve, a sanctuary for birds and other wildlife. About 10 miles away, Chichester boasts a beautiful cathedral, Chichester Festival Theatre, and world-famous events at Goodwood and horse racing at Fontwell. The South Downs National Park is renowned for its network of scenic walks, and just a short drive away is the cosmopolitan city of Brighton to the east, Portsmouth to the west, and ferry trips can be taken to the Isle of Wight.
