A compact ground-floor apartment in an idyllic location, with sea-views and dedicated parking, 18 Kelwyn Court is ideal for 'couple' or family use, with a shared garden area and easy access to a 'safe' Beach (10 minutes walk), supermarket and local bus routes. Please note, this is a Friday to Friday let (to enable cleaning)
The main living space is a Lounge/Diner with Kitchen area at one end, and windows which face out over St Ives Bay. Seating and dining space for up to 6 people is available. A Bathroom separates two Bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds (suitable for 2 children or possibly 2 adults) and a folding bed. A digital television has 'Freeserve' and a player for the selection of DVD's and videos. For your enjoyment there is a collection of games, puzzles and books. Information about Cornwall and the local area includes books, up-to-date brochures and a set of Ordnance Survey maps, to help you plan your stay. The Kitchen area is well equipped and conveniently arranged. 18 Kelwyn Court is situated close to (but not on) the St Ives Road, with bus routes leading to Penzance, Truro and the Lands End Peninsula. A Supermarket is within 5 minutes walk, and a range of Restaurants can be found in Carbis Bay. A Footpath leads downhill to Carbis Bay Beach (awarded a Blue Flag in 2013) and a coastal path follows the back of the beach offering a picturesque walking route to St Ives. The Carbis Bay train station allows you to use the attractive scenic branch line which links Lelant with St Ives, and the main line at St Erth.

Located in St Ives, this apartment is near theme parks and near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Marazion Marsh, while St. Ives Theatre and Barbara Hepworth Museum are cultural highlights. St Ives Museum and Paradise Park and JungleBarn are also worth visiting. Kayaking and scuba diving offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and horse riding nearby.
