It houses three bedrooms, comprising a ground-floor double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom, together sleeping up to five people. On the ground-floor, you will also find a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, as well as a cloakroom with basin and WC. Completing the interior is a kitchen and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and a garden with furniture. Please note this property is accessed via a long farm track, please proceed slowly. Balmeanoch is a charming base for exploring this part of Scotland.
