This house is designed around its views across the Conwy Estuary. Bifold doors bring the outside into the living room to make the most of the setting which are matched by the quality, furnishings and facilities inside the house. A great place to relax, explore and experience North Wales.

Walton is furnished and decorated to a high standard. Its hillside location provides clear views across the river Conwy including Conwy castle and Snowdonia. The main entrance leads into the downstairs kitchen-dining room with comfortable seating for 6, electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. A separate external utility room houses the washing machine and tumble drier. A sun room to the front of the house provides a breakfast bar and seating area to take advantage of the views. Large bifold doors open the sunroom and living room onto a decked area with garden furniture - a great way to enjoy this stunning location. Living room facilities include a large TV, freeview satellite, DVD player, hi-fi with blue tooth speaker and a coal effect gas fire. Bookshelves are stocked with plenty of books and DVDs. Bedrooms and bathroom are on the top floor. The two double bedrooms are at the front of the house to take advantage of the views and the single bedroom is located to the rear. The feature family bathroom provides a large double bath, WC, sink and a walk in shower. The separate WC is similarly well presented. The garage (approx 2.35m wide x 4.50m long), which may be used for a car or bike/boat storage,and second entrance to the house are also on this level. This a no-smoking property. Sorry no pets allowed.
