Welcome to Llandudno, and this super three bedroom bungalow with a fabulous hot tub, plenty of parking and an enclosed garden, located on the outskirts of Llandudno within walking distance of the pub, shop and beach.
A delightful bungalow style cottage set in its own enclosed grounds with outdoor seating area, private hot tub and garden. The cottage has a wonderful open plan living area with spacious fitted kitchen, breakfast bar/ dining area and a lovely cosy lounge with inglenook fireplace and log burner, a super space for family and friends to mix and spend time together. There are three bedrooms, one good-sized twin room, one double room with TV and up just two internal steps up is the lovely master bedroom with en suite shower room and patio doors out to some further steps leading up to a raised decking area and the hot tub. There is also a contemporary family-style bathroom with slipper bath and separate shower cubicle. Facilities include full central heating, dishwasher, American style fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, garden furniture, hot tub, off-road parking for 3 cars. Bed linen and towels are supplied, gas and electricity are included in the tariff. This is a no smoking property. Up to two well-behaved dogs welcome.
