A home from home maisonette with amazing views across the Conwy estuary, a large dining room, well equipped kitchen and cosy living room to relax and enjoy the views. Great coastal location between Conwy and Llandudno.
This maisonette is ideal for families or groups. All 3 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor: a master bedroom with kingsize bed and open views across the estuary to Conwy, a twin bedroom also with views and a double bedroom. There are 2 bathrooms on a mid-level between the 2nd and 1st floors one with bath, wc and basin, the other with shower cubicle, wc and basin. The first floor has the main living room, overlooking the estuary, and a second living room with TV. On the mid-level between the ground and first floors are a galley style kitchen and a spacious dining room with doors leading out to a small enclosed courtyard. Also on this level is an additional wc. A large entrance and hallway is on the ground floor. There is no dedicated off road parking, parking is available in the public car park immediately opposite. This is a non smoking property.
