A modern, detached bungalow with sea views, in a quiet cul-de-sac position in the village of Llanddulas on the North Wales coast mid-way between Gwrych Castle outside Abergele and the Welsh Mountain Zoo in Colwyn Bay. Within walking distance of the local Pub and beach.
A spacious bungalow in an elevated position with good sized lounge having lovely views over the front garden beyond the trees out to the sea. The fully fitted kitchen breakfast room is ideal for a quiet start to the day, and with a separate dining room, there is plenty of space to spread out. The warm, comfortable conservatory to the rear of the house overlooks the patio garden, which has garden furniture so you can enjoy the summer sun. Sleeping arrangements are split between the two bedrooms, the master double with ensuite W.C. and the second bedroom with two single beds. There is a family shower room with a walk-in shower (no bath).
Facilities include full central heating, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, two T.V.s, DVD, CD player, Wi-fi, and garden furniture. Bed linen and towels are supplied, heating and electricity are included. Off-road parking for up to four cars and secure garage storage for bikes, jet ski etc... This is a no-smoking property and does not accept pets.
