The river here is excellent for fishing and is renowned for its Atlantic salmon, brown trout, and sea trout (ghillies can also be arranged at this property). You ll be surrounded by championship golf courses, with Turnberry just 7 miles away. No matter your age or ability, you can book lessons at some of the nearby golf courses. Only 4 miles away is the Ayrshire coastline which is a paradise for walkers, bikers and hikers with numerous coastal trails and country tracks to explore. Enjoy a scenic boat trip around Ailsa Craig Island, catch the ferry to the mystical Isle of Arran or enjoy a day trip to Ireland, from the nearby port of Cairnryan. As you walk into this property, you will find yourself in the hallway, with a king size bedroom to your left and a further king size bedroom at the top left of the hall which is spacious and features an en suite. Along the hallway, you will find a single bedroom which has pretty views over the garden. The spacious and bright lounge is perfect for gathering for a party and making plans for the days ahead. With comfortable seating, a wood burner and access out onto the garden, it really is a great place to spend your time. There is a formal dining area accessed from the lounge which adds to the overall atmosphere of this property. Along the hallway from the lounge, you will find the well equipped kitchen. There are a further two bedrooms (a single and king size) and a family bathroom. Outside, there is a large private garden with a lawn and a patio with garden furniture. You can access the river from the garden, though care should be taken and children should be supervised at all times.
