The small fishing town of Buckie offers up lots to do with its own harbour and marina as well as a range of facilities including a leisure centre, swimming pool, and two local golf courses. Don t forget your walking boots for a stunning walk along the Findochty and Portknockie coastal paths (3 miles) which offer magnificent scenery all along the Moray coast. The popular villages and beaches of Cullen (7 miles), and Portsoy (13 miles) provide outdoor activities and boat trips, and both are famous for their ice cream and fish and chips. Gordon Castle is within 8 miles and has an 8 acre walled garden with a maze, a great café and a vibrant shopping scene a true hidden gem and a must do on your trip. As you enter the front hallway of this beautiful Victorian villa, you will be captured by the many original features including stained glass and window seating in the lounge and dining room. The lounge is a lovely space for the adults to relax and unwind whilst the children enjoy the games room. The spacious dining room has an additional sofa and a workspace if you do need to check in on work whilst you are away. There is a small utility room and a downstairs shower room. The kitchen is well equipped with lots of storage if you enjoy cooking, and the adjacent patio doors lead onto the patio area. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: one double with an en suite shower room, another double and one twin room. There is a further bathroom with a Victorian roll top bath for a relaxing soak. Completing the property is a small bedroom with a toddler s bed and a travel cot. Outside, you will find a private, enclosed patio with a hot tub, perfect for relaxing in the evenings and soaking away your troubles.
