This delightful cottage is situated in a central location, in the tree lined village square of Archiestown. Across the square is the local hotel, perfect for dining out or simply enjoying a quick drink before dinner. Explore the area's excellent local walking and cycling paths, such as the Speyside Way and Dava Way. There are ancient castles, museums, whisky distilleries, and parks to discover in the surrounding area, and if you journey to the coast you will find some fabulous beaches at Findhorn, Burghead and Hopeman, all within 25 miles Stepping inside this comfortable cottage, you will find the tastefully decorated lounge where you can relax in front of the cosy wood burner and watch a movie on the Smart TV. Next, is the well equipped kitchen/diner, with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, and washing machine. Light the wood burner in the dining area and enjoy family meals around the table. The staircase from the kitchen leads up to the master bedroom with a king size bed and TV with access to Freeview, there is also a bathroom with a bath and WC. The double bedroom is located off the lounge area and has access to an en suite Jack and Jill shower room with WC (also accessed from the hallway). The wooden stairs in the lounge lead up to the light and bright twin bedroom. Stepping outside, the rear garden is enclosed, with a seating area to enjoy al fresco dining. There is a parking space for one car at the rear and parking is also available in the front of the building in the village square (subject to availability).
