If you want to surf, the fishing village of Porthleven is under 11 miles away with a stunning harbour where children can go crabbing, older ones can swim, and further out are waves for the surfers. There is plenty of dining choice with restaurants to cater for all tastes too. Enjoy beautiful walks here along the South West Coast Path, 4 miles away, and ramble towards Rinsey Cove and beyond. On arrival, step into this characterful cottage with the perfect blend of modern comforts and character features including exposed beams, a wood burner and deep window sills. Retire to the lounge area, throw a log of two on the wood burner and watch the Smart TV. The dining area is a great social space to catch up with family, while the kitchen is equipped with everything you ll need for your holiday, and there's also a handy utility room. Finally, on the ground floor you ll find the delightful family bathroom. Upstairs on the first floor there are two double bedrooms one with a hidden steep staircase leading to the games room on the second floor, which offers a 2 6 single bed with trundle bed, and a computer games console providing hours of entertainment for the children amongst you! The garden to the front is enclosed with mature shrubs and plants giving a degree of privacy along with outdoor seating and BBQ.
