Found at the heart of historic Pembroke, with its selection of shops, bars and restaurants, this is a great choice for a holiday. For history enthusiasts, Pembroke Castle (0.5 miles), the birthplace of Henry VII, can be reached on a foot in a few minutes or why not try your hand at canoeing from here, under a local instructor, and exploring the Daugleddau Estuary. If you feel like a day at the beach, Freshwater East can be reached in just 4 miles by car. You can join the coastal path from here if you enjoy hiking. Freshwater East to Manorbier is 4 miles along the path, or head in the opposite direction for Stackpole Quay and out to the Bosherston Lily Ponds and Barafundle Bay. As you enter the property, you are welcomed into a spacious hallway with room for your boots and coats. The lounge can be found to the right as you come in and benefits from a large corner sofa centred around the TV with a Freeview package. Further down the hall, you will find the family kitchen diner with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave plus a good selection of cooking utensils and crockery to prepare a meal or picnic to take on your travels. The dining table seats 6 comfortably and is a good place to enjoy a meal or a board game with family and relax. Completing the ground floor is a convenient cloakroom with WC. If you head downstairs to the basement you will find the games room complete with a pool table. Sofas and extra seating are provided here so the family can enjoy the space and have fun together. Just off the games room is an additional snug with further seating and a utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer. This area also has in own access out into the garden if you want to use both spaces during the warmer months. Head back upstairs and continue onto the first floor where you will find the master bedroom. This bedroom offers a king size bed plus an additional single bed perfect for families who want to share or for a couple who just want more room. The first floor also houses the family bathroom with a bath with an overhead shower and WC. Up one more flight of stairs onto the second floor you will find the generously sized second bedroom with a double bed and an additional single trundle bed. Externally the property benefits from a fully enclosed garden laid to patio and gravel. Enjoy evenings in the sun around the six seater outdoor dining table or light up the BBQ for an alfresco family dinner. There is on street parking to the front (subject to availability), however, you will be provided with a parking permit for a public car park which is less than 0.25 miles away.
