Enjoy a day out at Perth races or visit the splendid Scone Palace with the city of Perth located just 15 miles away, boasting excellent leisure and shopping facilities. The perfect space to cook up a storm with an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge with icebox. There is also a spacious comfortable dining area in the kitchen for romantic meals. Continuing through to the rear hall of this splendid period wing you will find the cosy double bedroom, followed by the contemporary shower room with a large walk in shower and WC. Finally, completing this wonderful romantic retreat is the shared handy utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, located in the main reception hall. Outside, next to the property, are beautiful, shared, mature landscaped grounds, with a dedicated seating area for alfresco dining or lazy evening stargazing. At the front of this stunning house, there is private off road parking for one car with on street parking also available.
