Golfers are spoilt for choice with numerous courses close by, including the legendary Gleneagles 11 miles away. Perth is just 15 miles away with its excellent leisure and shopping facilities where you can enjoy a day out at the races or visit the splendid Scone Palace. Finally, completing this wonderful romantic retreat is the shared handy utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, located in the main reception hall. Located next to the property are the beautiful shared landscaped grounds which have a dedicated seating area for alfresco dining or a lazy evening stargazing. At the front of this stunning house, there is private off road parking for one car with on street parking also available.
