This is a peaceful retreat to escape the everyday hustle and bustle of life, surrounded by farmland with plenty of walks from your doorstep. Take your pick of beaches from Hayle with its three miles of golden sand; Godrevy with its rock pools, lighthouse and well known seal haul out; and Portreath for surf hire or a stroll on the South West Coast path all within 7 miles. Spend time within 12 miles of the property exploring Praa Sands, Marazion, St Michael's Mount, and the fishing village of Porthleven, with a plethora of galleries and eateries to enjoy. For family fun, stop in at Paradise Park or travel to Flambards Theme Park near Helston, both within 20 miles. Enter the property into the bright, open plan lounge/kitchen/diner and hang up your outerwear. Relax on the comfortable sofa and watch your favourite film on the Smart TV with the electric fire flickering in the background after a day of exploring your surroundings. Gather for breakfast or evening meal at the dining table which has seating for all. The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need including an electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, and fridge/freezer, you can also listen to the radio whilst cooking dinner. Off the living area are the bedrooms: a double and twin with stylish interiors and plenty of hanging space. Completing the inside is the modern and contemporary shower room with rainfall shower, hand held attachment and WC. Heading outside, the garden has a lawn, patio area with a picnic table, and a charcoal BBQ to dine alfresco on warm evenings.
