Situated on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds within 3 miles of the market town Louth which offers an abundance of independent shops, cafes and pubs to explore. There are many walks and cycle routes in the area and the beach at Donna Nook is 13 miles away (famous for its seal colony) is a popular day out for the whole family especially during a winter break. For those wishing to visit seaside resorts Skegness (20 miles) and the Victorian resort of Mablethorpe (19 miles) with its superb beaches are within easy reach. Cadwell Park racing circuit is 7 miles away and for those that enjoy golf, there are several courses within 15 miles.
