The town boasts an excellent range of independent and bespoke shops, quality eateries, friendly inns and Atlantis Leisure Centre with a swimming pool, gym, climb cube, tennis and children s soft play area. Visit the historic McCaig's Tower and Pulpit Hill Viewpoint all within 1 mile of this apartment. Take a boat trip from the slip and visit the surrounding islands while looking out for seals, dolphins and even whales on occasion. Head into the modern kitchen which has everything you need for preparing breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The separate dining/sitting room boasts a large window which looks out onto the bay take a seat in here and enjoy playing evening board games together after a busy day exploring. Relax on the sofa in front of the warming wood burner and flick on one of your favourite films or TV shows. One of the double bedrooms is on the ground floor and also has stunning bay views from the window. Upstairs is the fabulous master double bedroom. It can double up as a second lounge with a further wood burner and sofa. The third bedroom is a single, on the ground floor. A shower room completes the interior of the property. The lounge has a door leading out to a cosy balcony with seating, a lovely spot for a morning coffee while watching the boats come and go in the calming waters. Outside and to the rear of the property is a large shared courtyard with flowerbeds. Table and seating can be brought out. You can enjoy a glass of wine there too, al fresco dining, or simply soak up the sun with a good book.
