Flat consists of a family bedroom (double bed and three single beds) overlooking the bay and a double bedroom.
Lounge offers beautiful sea views and is equipped with a 4k HD Smart TV allowing access to Prime, Netflix, Now etc (with your own account details), blu-ray player and digital radio.
Dinning table seats four.
Galley kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. For the coffee lovers, a Nespresso machine is also provided.

Location:
The flat is located on the waterfront in Ardbeg. This is a gentle 30 minute flat scenic coastal walk from the ferry terminal in Rothesay or a 5 minute drive. Alternatively, if using public transport, you can access several buses or the taxi rank at Rothesays Guildford Square (across from the ferry terminal).
The bus stop is across the road from the flat and gives access to any of the main sights on the island (Mount Stuart, Rothesays Castle, Guilford Square, Ettrick Bay, and the main ferry terminal).
The location is quiet and a five minute walk to the Skeoch woods which also provide some gentle woodland walks overlooking the coast.


Located in Rothesay, this apartment is on the waterfront. Bute Museum and Castle House Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Rothesay Ferry Terminal and Rothesay Golf Club. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including birdwatching.
