Jump in the car and head out to attractions such as Bamburgh Castle, Alnwick Castle and Gardens, Dunstanburgh Castle, Northumberland Country Zoo, Hauxley Wildlife Discovery Centre and Hadrian’s Wall. Activities to look forward to while you’re in the region include golf at Alnmouth, horse-riding at Slate Hall Riding Centre and surfing at Bamburgh Castle Beach.
