Once you’ve had some well-earned rest, head out for a scenic walk around Ayleworth or a more advanced walk along Cotswold Way which extends from the quintessentially English market town of Chipping Campden to the Roman city of Bath, at 102 miles long following the western edge of the Cotswold Hills, the route journeys through rolling pastures, beech woodland and honey-coloured villages built from Cotswold stone. Head for a delicious meal in nearby Naunton at The Black Horse Inn which has a pleasant ambience and offers home-made, locally sourced food and lovely drinks.
