Make your way through the space to find the kitchen, where the chef of the group can make use of the ample food preparation areas, a local butchers and farmers market can provide you with all the produce you may need. There are also great attractions to visit just outside of the city, including the independent Doddington Hall with award winning farm shop and cafe, the 100 acres of Hartsholme Country Park and the Whisby Nature Reserve where the Natural World Centre can be found. For antique and vintage buffs the property is a short drive to Hemswell Antiques centre, with regular antique fairs being held in Newark, a thirty minute drive away.
