Within walking distance of the town's best beaches and restaurants as well as being close to the train station, Azenor offers guests a superbly located, easy to reach base from which to explore the surrounding coast and area. Whether you’re looking for a spacious romantic getaway or a dog-friendly holiday home with all the room and versatility to accommodate a large group, the flexible layout and design of the house makes it perfect for couples, groups of friends and large families.

A luxury retreat set over three floors, this home has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment so along with its array of modern features, you’ll find all the old-world charm of a traditional St Ives period cottage. Beautiful bay windows boasting vintage glass panes frame the modern living space where contemporary seating offers a fantastic area to unwind in, and the open plan dining room is the perfect spot for sharing meals or discussing the day’s plans over breakfast. On wet-weather-days guests can indulge in a movie or watch their favourite sports channel on one of the home’s four smart TV's (which are spread throughout the property), and a cosy loft snug means both adults and children get to enjoy their own space.

A fully fitted kitchen and separate utility means the house is a perfect for entertaining in, and on warm days the private roof terrace is ideal for drinks in the sunshine or summery evening gatherings. Four elegant bedrooms, all with sumptuous linen and soft furnishings, create quiet spaces to retreat to after days spent exploring the coast, and the spacious new master en-suite with large rainfall shower and a free-standing bath, is a gorgeous sanctuary for couples or parents in need of their own privacy. (Additional sleeping for two can be found in the main living room where one of the sofas converts to a high quality double bed)

Centrally located, there are art galleries and boutique shops mere metres from the front door, and guests with dogs in tow have *St Ives Harbour Beach just two minutes walk away. Further along is the lesser-known but blissfully dog-friendly *Bamaluz Beach; which is frequented mainly by locals and is a great space for four legged companions to stretch their legs.

Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £200 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

Please note that as this is a character property, there are open tread stairs from the ground floor to the first floor. Also the staircase from the first to the second floor has a rope barrier on the hallway side. Images of both can be viewed in the gallery.

3 pets accepted: Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £25 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.
