Lounge/diner with comfortable sofas, Smart TV and log burner. Extendable dining table with seating for 8. Door to sun room with bistro set leading into garden (please note there is no heating in this room).
Hallway with cloakroom with basin and WC.
Stairs to first floor.
Bedroom 1 with king size (5ft) bed, sink and vanity unit, built in wardrobe, dressing table. Connecting door to nursery with cot and single (3ft) bed.
Bedroom 2 with double (4ft 6in) bed, wardrobe and dressing table.
Bedroom 3 with double (4ft 6) bed and seperate single (3ft) bed, wardrobe and drawer unit (nb this bedroom no longer has bunk beds - photos due to be updated).
Bedroom 4 with single bed, built-in wardrobe and drawer unit.
Bathroom with bath and electric shower over, basin and WC.
Cloakroom with basin and WC.
