Set on the first and second floors, balconies are accessed through French windows from both the lounge and main bedroom. Enjoy your holiday watching the comings and goings at the harbour, stroll along the beautiful beaches or river walks that are just yards away, or take a dolphin watching boat trip from the harbour. Sample the delicious food prepared in the local eateries or experience the stunning views while eating the fine cuisine at the Sun Dancer restaurant across the grass, named after one of the famous Moray Firth dolphins. Several local pubs and shops are dotted around the harbour area. Food deliveries by some carry outs. Explore further afield the mountains, forests, castles, whisky distilleries and special places that make this part of Scotland so fabulous, not to mention the many links golf courses for which the east coast is so famous. The apartment is fully equipped to provide everything you'll need for a perfect holiday. We provide bed linen, towels, tea towels and beach towels. The apartment has Fibre Broadband / WiFi, Smart TV with Free View and Netflix, A Google Assistant, washing/drier machine, microwave, coffee machines, iron and ironing board and hairdryer. The main bedroom has a King size bed and spacious fitted wardrobes, and the 2nd bedroom is a twin. The bathroom has an over bath, instant shower. Parking is in the large private car park in the quiet cul-de-sac to the rear of the property.

We are currently adhering to the Association of Scotland's Self-caterer's cleaning guidelines on Covid, and have provided both Guest and Housekeeper Covid protocols.

About The Landlords
We are private landlords who fell instantly in love with the flat when we first saw it. The views across the Firth are ever changing and there's always something going on at the harbour. There's nothing quite like waking up in the bedroom and opening the curtains to the sea.
