Situated just one mile from Flamingo Land, the popular theme park and zoo, you will not be short of things to do at this brilliant property. The market town of Pickering is just three miles away with an abundance of shops and eateries to enjoy. Here you can take a ride on the North Yorkshire Moors Steam Railway and explore some of the locations used in the filming of Harry Potter and The Philosopher s Stone. The market town of Malton is also nearby boasting many interesting buildings such as the old Corn Exchange and Assembly Rooms. For a day at the beach, enjoy a drive to the Yorkshire Coastline and explore the seaside towns of Whitby, Scarborough and Filey. Three steps lead up into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with large bi folding doors that open out onto the decking, flooding the room with light. Cosy up on the sofa in front of the electric wood burner effect fire or gather around the dining table and enjoy some board games with the family. Rustle up a home cooked meal in the kitchen area, equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. Along the corridor you will find three bedrooms, two doubles and one single with an additional pull out single bed. There is a spacious family bathroom with shower over bath and WC and a separate WC. Moving outside, the property benefits from a raised decked area with furniture, the ideal place to relax and enjoy dining al fresco. There is a large enclosed garden area, decorated with wildflowers and potted plants. Children will love exploring the private woodland at the far side of the garden where there are an abundance of wildlife and magical creatures waiting to be found. Ample off road parking available.
