From whisky distilleries to nature spotting, there's plenty to see and do in this vast area of the Highlands. Head to the coastal village of Kingston (6 miles) or the town of Lossiemouth (7 miles) for a trip to the beach. Visit historic locations of Spynie Palace or Duffus Castle, all within 9 miles, or enjoy some culture with a trip to Elgin Cathedral (3.5 miles). Keen golfers will no doubt be drawn to the three golf clubs within 5 miles of the house, and the Malt whisky Trail offers plenty of whisky hotspots within 7 miles. For a day out like no other head to Spey Bay (10 miles) to view dolphins in the ocean. On entering the property you'll find a bright and spacious hallway with a spacious staircase leading up to the first floor. Head straight through into the calming living room, where comfy sofas face a SmartTV with DVD player and a wood burner flickers away. The kitchen is a modern space with fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with a casual breakfast table for a relaxed brunch. Enjoy evening meals in the stylish dining room where plush grey seats offer space to relax together. Completing the ground floor is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, shower room with WC and a spacious double bedroom with lovely views from the window. Upstairs via the main hallway, you'll find a further three bedrooms, two king size (one with en suite WC and shower) and a twin bedroom. A shared bathroom contains WC and shower over bath. This property is as stunning outside as it is inside, where you'll find a private garden with furniture and a charcoal BBQ for entertaining outdoors. A touch of luxury comes with the hot tub, the perfect spot to unwind after a long day or outdoor activities. Off road parking is available to the front of the property.
