The cosy lounge and dining area are on the right hand side and has everything you need to relax and unwind with your loved ones and features two comfortable sofas, a gas fire and a Smart TV. If you decide to cook up a meal, then you can all gather around the dining table which seats up to four guests. Through the patio doors you have a conservatory to relax in along with two reclining chairs which look out into the garden, so perfect for reading the newspaper in the morning with a cup of tea or simply to relax in and have a power nap after using up all your energy on the beach. The kitchen is well equipped and has an electric oven and gas hob, a microwave, washing machine and fridge. As you ll no doubt have sand on your clothes, there is a rear porch which leads to the front and the rear garden. The bathroom has a shower over bath and separate WC and the two bedrooms have a double and a single so perfect for a small family looking for a holiday home by the sea. The enclosed rear paved garden with a table and four chairs for guests to use if you want to enjoy some al fresco dining. There is one off road parking space for guests on the driveway and there is some on road parking available outside the property for a second car.
