With magnificent views across the bay to Goatfell and the castle, this lovely property is set in a perfect location for exploring the Isle of Arran and the popular village of Brodick. The main village on Arran, Brodick offers a wide range of restaurants, pubs, cafes and gift shops. The village also has a sandy beach, swimming pools, tennis courts, a golf course, bowling and putting greens and mini golf. There are also opportunities for hill walking, archery, pottery, sailing, kayaking and mountain biking. Notable landmarks and attractions include Brodick Castle, Garden and Country Park (2.5 miles), Arran Heritage Museum (0.5 miles), the towering peak of Goatfell (5.5 miles) and the Isle of Arran Distillery Centre (13.5 miles). On entering this cosy holiday retreat, you will find the tastefully furnished lounge which is a great space to relax in at the end of a fantastic day, with plenty of seating, TV, DVD, iPod dock and a traditional wood burner. A flight of five steps leads to the dining area where you can share a favourite family meal. This room also features a TV and additional seating. The pretty kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge with ice compartment, freezer, microwave and washer/dryer. Exploring the ground floor further you will find two super king size bedrooms and a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC. Heading upstairs, the first floor features a double bedroom and a bunk bedroom with a cot. There is also a shower room with WC. Stepping outside into the enclosed garden you can unwind on the furnished patio and enjoy a BBQ or a glass of wine in the evening.
