This bright and spacious holiday property is nestled in the heart of the spectacular Cornish countryside. Converted by the current owners this homely barn adjoins the owners property and is perfectly located for exploring the entire region. Wonderful sandy beaches and rugged coves on both the North and South coasts are within short driving distance. Stunning Gwithian beach stretches as far as the eye can see, while smaller more hidden gems like Poldhu and Porthcurnow make for ideal day trips. The bustling coastal towns of Falmouth and St Ives are nearby with many independent shops and excellent restaurants. Or visit the charming traditional villages in the area such as Coverack and Mullion. For any keen walkers you'll find miles of beautiful terrain to explore plus there's the array of popular holiday attractions that the area boasts. The property is accessed via 4 external steps which lead you up to the front door. You then find yourself in the large fully equipped kitchen/diner complete with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The bright spacious lounge opens up in front of you with ample comfy seating, flat screen TV/DVD, a wood burner and French doors leading out to the garden. Down the hallway you will find two bedrooms with en suite shower rooms and WC: one double bedroom, and one twin bedroom. Outside, the lovely enclosed garden has a lawn area plus patio area with garden furniture and BBQ. There is parking for 1 large or 2 smaller cars.
