Tucked away on a quiet street, this charming cottage offers holidaymakers the best of both worlds; a quiet and comfortable retreat in the evenings, as well as being conveniently located just a short walk from the hustle and bustle of the village and the gateway to the stunning Northumberland coastline. Ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a coastal getaway, this cottage provides the perfect base for exploring the Northumberland coast and all its beauty. The property is accessed at the rear through a shared courtyard, where you ll enter into the utility room perfect for storing sandy or muddy boots. The lounge houses two large, comfortable leather sofas with enough room for all the family. The main feature of the lounge however is the fireplace, complete with a warming wood burner, giving you the true comforts of country living. The TV comes with Netflix, a DVD player and BT Sport to keep everyone entertained. The tastefully presented, well equipped kitchen/diner comes with an electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a dining table with seating for six guests, with everything else you'll need that makes this cottage feel like home. On the first floor you ll find the master bedroom with a king size bed and TV. The second bedroom has a small double bed, with the third bedroom sleeping two in bunk beds. Also, on the first floor is the bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. The property offers private access to the rear of the cottage through the enclosed shared yard. Parking for one car is available at the front of the property, with another permit provided for Seahouses main car park just five minutes away.
