Located on the extensive Fassfern Estate, this beautiful property is perfect for those who want to head off the beaten track and enjoy an outdoor, active getaway. A myriad of walks are available right from the front door, whether it's along tree lined paths or up to the nearby hills to enjoy views over Loch Eil and the famous Ben Nevis. The village of Corpach lies 5.5 miles away and is well equipped with shops, restaurants and a pub, while just 9.5 miles away is Fort William, home to Ben Nevis, pubs that stock some of the finest Scotch whisky, and even a steam train that took Harry to Hogwarts! Forming part of Fassfern House, this attractive cottage exudes charm throughout the open plan kitchen/dining room is a great central spot for everyone to gather around hearty dinners and enjoy long brunches while planning adventures for the day ahead. The cosy sitting room has a lovely open fire, making it a pleasant spot to enjoy some games or a film on a chillier evening and completing the offering downstairs is a neat cloakroom with a WC. Upstairs are two well equipped bedrooms, one double and one twin, as well as a bathroom with bath and WC. Outside, this cottage has its own private patio and garden area with garden furniture where a spot of al fresco dining can be enjoyed when the weather allows. Adjacent to this cottage is Fassfern House which can sleep up to ten guests and is accessed via an adjoining lockable door between the two properties, meaning both can be booked together to accommodate a larger group of guests.
