The south coast, regarded by many as the real Cornwall , with its generous array of picture postcard villages, its unspoilt bays and pleasant fishing villages, epitomises what has made Cornwall the first choice holiday destination. A short drive takes you to the popular villages of Looe and Polperro, each with a range of restaurants, pubs and shops perfect for picking up mementos of your stay. A choice of attractions within a short drive includes several impressive National Trust properties, the Eden Project, Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor and much more. Historic Plymouth, home of the National Marine Aquarium, Hoe and Barbican, is also nearby. This is a charming reverse level cottage which you can either enter via the external steps or ground floor. On entering via the steps, you will find yourself in the spacious and welcoming open plan first floor lounge/kitchen/dining area. This is a delightful space with beautiful views, exposed beams and some original stonework. You can relax in the gorgeous and cosy lounge, complete with TV/DVD and enjoy a meal in the traditional dining area. The stylish and elegant kitchen is complete with integrated oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. Heading down to the ground floor you will find two bedrooms: one double and one twin. The bathroom, with shower over the short bath and WC is also to be found on the ground floor, as is the washing machine. Stepping outside, you can relax and sit back in the garden shared with the owners of the property. Please note, this is accessed by steps so care must be taken with small children. The cottage is based in a farm and you re welcome to arrange a farm tour with the owners. There is plenty of parking available.
